| On our long and wonderful drive up to Connecticut to attend
Molly and David's wedding in June, Anna and I stopped at Colonial
Williamsburg in Williamsburg, Virginia, and spent two days there.
Colonial Williamsburg is "the world’s largest living
history museum—the restored 18th-century capital city of
Britain’s largest, wealthiest, and most populous outpost
of empire in the New World." It is a true spectacle, and
you can see a sample of it by viewing my portfolio of fifteen
photographs of the People of Williamsburg.
